Organizace a řízení sportovní akce

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat organizaci sportovní akce. Práce je zaměřena na dvě hlavní části, a to část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy související s tímto tématem jako management, marketing, organizace sportovní akce, financování. V praktické části jde o popis sportovní akce Kateřinický trail, současně jsou využité výzkumné metody jako SWOT analýza a rozhovor. V závěru je celá akce shrnuta a jsou doporučeny náměty na zlepšení této akce. Výsledky šetření mohou pomoci organizátorům při konání dalšího ročníku.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the organization of a sporting event. The thesis is divided into two main parts: a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical section explains concepts related to the topic, such as management, marketing, sporting event organization, and financing. The practical section focuses on describing the specific sporting event "Kateřinický trail," utilizing research methods such as SWOT analysis and interviews. In the conclusion, the entire event is summarized, and suggestions for improvement are recommended. The findings of this research may assist the organizers in planning future editions of the event.
