Aplikace metody SMED pro zkrácení doby přestavby tažné stolice

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this work is to reduce the period of tooling change on the drawing machine for better utilization of the machine. SMED method is applied in this thesis. The analysis was conducted on the current state of changeover, afterwards the theoretical application of the method SMED and subsequently proposed modifications to the changeover process were evaluated. With application of the method, changeover on machine was reduced by 50%. The result of this work was to enable the company to shorten the period of changeover and thereby increase the available production time. In conclusion of this thesis, economic evaluation of SMED method application was performed.
