Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the waste management of transport company JAK TRANS Ltd. It introduces environmental legislation of SR, shows statistics of waste production and position of Slovakia within EU in the waste production and waste disposal. The work deals with modern scientific trends and suggestion how to deal with used motor oil, tyres and other dangerous matters. The work focus is on analysis
of current state in the JAK TRANS company waste management. The company has a business on transport of materials as well as technic services for lories and cars. The company is compulsory to deal with dangerous waste. It is certified to deal with
the dangerous waste. The work contains the suggestions for improvements of current waste management.
