Abstract
The work is about a preparation of lamellar structures using controlled vacuum freeze-drying. The theoretical part analyzes the problem of drying methods, materials and their influence on the structure of the dried material, properties of liquid dispersions, intermolecular forces in the liquid and gas and energetic balance during sublimation. In the practical section summarizes the results of the analysis prepared liquid dispersions using a DLS characterization results generated lamellar structure using SEM and TEM.
