Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to characterize fixed assets, methods of its acquisition and depreciation. The thesis describes individual means of tangible asset acquisition with different financing options. This theoretical knowledge then serves as a base for comparison and application of the selected different methods in case studies. The outcome of the process is the selection of the most advisable method of financing under given circumstances.
