Komparace závodního stravování ve výrobních závodech v rámci TATRA TRUCKS a.s.

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is the comparison of food providing programs in manufacturing plants within TATRA TRUCKS a.s. The main objective of the bachelor thesis is finding information on the boarding in manufacturing companies and then compare with TATRA TRUCKS a.s. The information is obtained through personal interviews methods. The theoretical part describes the catering services, meaning caterers, catering establishments, forms caterers, employee care, legal aspects and food hygiene requirements for operation. The practical part is divided into characteristics of the company as TATRA TRUCKS and comparison of catering. Finally the comparison results are summarized are proposed to improvement company TATRA TRUCKS a.s.
