Analýza systému motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je zvolena Analýza systému motivace zaměstnanců. Cílem práce je analyzovat současnou situaci v oblasti motivace zaměstnanců ve společnosti Slévárny Třinec, a. s., a doporučit návrhy na zlepšení stávajícího systému motivace tak, aby zaměstnanci dosahovali výsledků odpovídajících očekávání managementu a vedení společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. První část se zaměřuje na teoretická východiska přístupu k motivaci zaměstnanců. V druhé části je uvedena základní charakteristika společnosti Slévárny Třinec, a. s. a analýza její současné situace v oblasti motivace zaměstnanců. Klíčovou metodou, která je v diplomové práci použita, je dotazníkové šetření a osobní konzultace s personalistou společnosti. Na základě poskytnutých informací a výsledků z dotazníkového šetření jsou společnosti představeny případné návrhy a zlepšení, které mohou zajistit lepší průběh systému motivace zaměstnanců.

The topic of this thesis is Analysis of employee motivation system. The aim is to analyze the current situation in the area of employee motivation in the Slévárny Třinec, Inc. and to recommend suggestions to improve the existing system of motivation, so that the employees could achieve results corresponding to the expectations of company management. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part focuses on the theoretical basis of the approach to employee motivation. The basic characteristics of the Slévárny Třinec, Inc. and the analysis of its current situation in the area of employee motivation can be found in the second part. The key method that is used in this thesis is a questionnaire survey and a personal consultation with the HR manager of the company. The information and results from the survey lead to the suggestions of possible improvements, that can ensure a better process of employee motivation system. These suggestions are subsequently presented to the company.
