Abstract

One of the basic tasks of management and marketing is maximize the satisfaction of the consumer, who can become a loyal customer. This task helps the entire management and staff at a lower level organizational structure. The theme of this Bachelor thesis "Measurement of customer satisfaction to the consumer market." In the context of the problem, in particular, the practical part focuses on the customers to the fastfood McDonald 's, spol. s r. o. In the theoretical part is made up of theory on the issue. Describes the concepts of customer or marketing research is a characteristic of characters and ways of measuring customer satisfaction. The facts are used in the following section, which applies the knowledge of marketing research. After the implementation of customer satisfaction research selected companies are evaluated by the outputs and proposed recommendations for implementation.
