Abstract

This Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of employees´ benefits which have become an integral part of employees´ renumeration. The main aim of this thesis is to find out to what extent the current system employees´ benefits meets the employees´ needs. In order to achieve the desired results, a method of questionnaire research was applied on a selected sample of respondents Benefit of the work is to propose new options and recommendations for improving the current system in practical use which aims to increase employees´ motivation.
