Abstract

Customs administration of Czech Republic assured protection of home market from a times. Entry of Czech Republic to EU effected also activities of the customs administration. Just as customs administration stopped to execute some of the historically given tasks it has also started to perform a new ones. Customs administration is perceived today as a repressive group fighting against fake goods and not stamped cigarettes mainly due to information media. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to acquaint readers with another activity of the customs administration which comes after successful intervention and very often represent even bigger effort as is work in field. Activity which completes successful supervisory activity of the customs administration is called administration punishment.
