E-Government v podmínkách státní správy na úseku katastru nemovitostí

Abstract

This thesis deals with the issue of e-Government in the state administration, specifically in terms of the cadastral office in Nový Jičín in Moravia-Silesia Region. The theoretical part of this thesis consists of two chapters dealing with description of the state administration, characteristics of e-Government and its chosen instruments. Further thesis deals with the real estate cadastre, its organizational structure, scope and factual determination. Practical part which consists of one chapter summarizes the use of e-Government in the cadastral office in Nový Jičín. Thesis describes the organizational structure, tasks of the cadastral office and its electronic services.
