Simulace lineárních napěťových stabilizátorů v systému OrCAD

Abstract

Main part of this this work was devoted to integrated voltage regulators called LM78xx. Main goal of this work was to determine maximum efficiency for two selected circuits with integrated voltage regulator LM7812. The first selected circuit with voltage regulator used bipolar transistor to current amplification. The second selected circuit with voltage regulator was without current amplification. Selected circuits were subjected to theoretical analysis and results of this analysis were compared with simulation data of circuit models created in OrCAD/PSpice program.
