Abstract

Bachelor thesis "Evaluation of Employee's Recruitment and Selection in a Selected Company" solves whole course of employee's recruitment in selected company Hestego a.s. The first part are teoretical knowledge about whole employee's recruitment and selection and cost connected with this process. Main part starts with characterictis of company and then follows aplication of teoretical knowledges to company's selection of employees. The last part has proposal and measures, which can help improve effectivity of whole recruitment and selection.
