Zásadní organizační změny v Českém rozhlase k 1. 1. 2013 a jejich odraz v práci redaktorů v regionech

Abstract

The main objective of my thesis is the analysis of fundamental organizational changes at Český rozhlas, which have occurred since 1 January 2013. Specifically, the focus lays on the consequences of the regional work of editors. The first chapter discusses the Český rozhlas since its beginning until present. The second chapter targets the individual regional stations and their fate over the years. The third chapter is devoted to the organizational changes which began in 2012 and culminated in the following year. Especially these changes are reflected in the work of editors at regional stations.
