Zhodnocení spokojenosti a motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of satisfaction and motivation of employees in selected company. For evaluation of the problematic has been used a method of a questionnaire survey which was carried out in December 2016, as well as an interview with a manager of the company and own monitoring. In the first section of the thesis are determined theoretical resources which are connected with the topic, the second part consists of an introduction of the company and an analysis of obtained data. From results of the analysis emerged requirements of the employees which were then evaluated. Based on these results are afterwards proposed recommendations which could lead to increase of the satisfaction and motivation of the employees in given company.
