Abstract

The problem that this diploma thesis deals with is how the company has strengthened its competitive position on the market by means of a reasonable extension of production. It answers the following questions, which are: What path do you choose for expanding production capacities? Is it efficient to build new production facilities under the conditions of the company's high indebtedness from the previous investment project? Would not it be sufficient to improve the use of existing capacities by introducing multimodal operations by adding new staff?
