Aktualizace Krizového plánu města Havířova - rozsáhlá větrná bouře

Abstract

This bachelor thesis examines the issue of the possibility of the emergence of a large windstorm in Havířov – the municipality with extended competence – and the creation of an appropriate solution plan for such a crisis situation in the form of an operational plan. In the first section of there is a theoretical terms definition together with a focus on the characteristics and structure of crisis planning. The second part introduces the crisis situation itself and the terms which are connected to it. In the following section, the area of interest – Havířov – is described. The main and most important part of this thesis is the creating of an operational solution plan proposal for such a crisis situation as the windstorm in the area of Havířov. The thesis also includes the final operational plan proposal for the crisis situation “The large windstorm.”
