Modelování odlévání těžkých kovářských ingotů a optimalizace vnitřní kvality

Abstract

This thesis deals with modelling of heavy forging ingots casting and optimization of internal quality. The work is divided into three main parts, where the first part deal with methods of casting, describes the casting system and the distribution of defects, which are originating during steel casting and solidification. Another section is devoted to description of the numerical modelling and proces to achieve the final results. The last part is devoted to the analysis of evidence both Czech and world literature on the subject. There are analysed using numerical modelling in the conditions of VÍTKOVICE HEAVY MACHINERY a.s. the influence of design of steel ingot solidification and casting technology used for heavy forging ingots.
