Optimalizace procesu veřejných zakázek v těžebním podniku

Abstract

The subject of this diploma thesis is the new possibilities of the public procurement process. The aim of this thesis is optimization the tender process in a selected mining company. The first part explains the concept of public procurement, its division, types, related concepts of contracting authority and supplier and procedures of the whole process. The diploma thesis also focuses on development of the law up to the current legislative regulation and the characteristics of the minig company. Practical part of the thesis deals with all over-limit public procurement, the preparation of assignements and the subsequent proces up to the selection of the contractor. The last part is the evaluation of shortcomings and proposals for options to optimize the public procurement process.
