Roll – Out of Statistical Process Control at Automotive Industry Supplier The proposition of new more efficiency method of data capture in production and its use on the implementation of statistical process control was the aim of this thesis. In the first part of this work, there is closely characterized company Trelleborg Automotive Slovakia, s.r.o., and there is also mentioned its product description, technology of production and the quality control. In the second part, there are processed theoretical solutions of plast pressing and statistical process control problems. In the third part of the thesis there is an analysis of the statistical process control in production for now and detailed description of actual method of data capture in production for product VOLET TEMPERATURE FRONT T5 Colorado. The fourth chapter presents new method of data capture in production. In the fifth part, the statistical process control by defined steps was implemented and the last part describe the next process about implementing of SPC.
