Analýza chování spotřebitele na knižním trhu

Abstract

The bachelor´s thesis deals with the consumer behaviour on the book market. The aim of the bachelor´s thesis is to specify a consumer behaviour of users of the city libraries via frequencies of the borrows and their quantities, preferred literary genres, the way of acquiring books and others. The influence of city size and other demographic factors on the consumer behaviour of readers has been examined based on the survey of two city libraries.
