Analýza nákladů v podmínkách společnosti Ondřejovická strojírna, a. s.

Abstract

The thesis deals with analysis of expenses in Ondřejovická strojírna, a.s. company. The aim of the thesis was to search whether its expenses are evaded due setting contracts and cost allocation. Next task dealt with processes and limits and their effective settings. The introduction worked up theoretical part of the thesis which should explain terms in expenses, calculation and methods fields. Last but not least the thesis introduces normative company base. Characteristics of chosen company continue which mention company profile and site of action. Next part of the thesis mentions object of analysis and methods of research like SW analysis, quantitative analysis, document analysis and Gantt chart which are described herein. At the end of the thesis suggestions and subjects pointing for company management were elaborated on the base of realized mistakes.
