Abstract

Based on the literature search, has been for the optimalisation of the measured systems for the gasphase infrared spectroscopy chosen the Allan variance method. Three different noise types have been numerically simulated. Such data has been analyzed by method Allan variance and as a result has been obtained trends for individual noise types. Furthermore, the data from the laser diode and CO2-laser photoacoustic apparatus were analysed and the results were discussed by comparison with the trends obtained from the simulated data. The final results could be used for demonstration of the possibilities and limitations of used method for the case of pink noise. In the fire technical practise could be the results apply as the tool for the optimalisation of laser optical systems for the detection of trace concentrations (ppm) of toxic gases.
