Analýza hlavních procesů ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu hlavních procesů ve vybraném podniku. Teoretická část je věnována teoretickému vymezení procesů, pojmů a metod potřebných pro pochopení problematiky analýzy procesů. Praktická část se skládá z analýzy současného systému řízení hlavních procesů se zaměřením na sled jejich dílčích činností a zajištění měření vstupů, výstupů a spotřeb zdrojů v rámci těchto činností, kritickým zhodnocením výsledků analýzy, návrhem na zlepšení řízení hlavních procesů a zhodnocením navržených opatření ve vybraném podniku.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the main processes in the selected company. The theoretical part is devoted to the theoretical definition of processes, concepts and methods needed to understand the issue of process analysis. The practical part consists of an analysis of the current system of management of the main processes, focusing on the sequence of their sub-activities and ensuring the measurement of inputs, outputs and consumption of resources within these activities, a critical evaluation of the results of the analysis, a proposal to improve the management of the main processes and an evaluation of the proposed measures in the selected undertaking.
