Úprava motivačního systému zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis „Modification of employees motivation system in the selected company“ is to analyze existing motivational system for employees and preparation of suggestions for alternatives and improvements to the existing system. The theoretical part of my work focuses on different elements of employees motivation. The practical part of my work includes essential information about the company, the analysis of existing motivational systems and colated information from the questionnaire survey. My thesis conclude with proposals and suggestions to the current motivational system.
