Abstract

This thesis deal with influence of foundation ways multi-storey building above existing tunnel with a low overburden. The presented work is divided into two parts, in which information on the studied issues of the foundation of the above-mentioned building is subsequently processed. The first part of the thesis deals with the methods of building foundations, parameters of foundation soils and describes the methods of survey work and monitoring. The second part of the thesis is focused on foundation of the interest building and its description. Within this part of the thesis, the engineering-geological conditions and types of foundation of a multi-storey building are described. The benefit of the diploma thesis consisting in suggestion of optimal solution for the foundation of the building with respect to the existing geological conditions.
