Abstract

The objective of the bachelor thesis is to describe issues of foreign trade relations of the Czech Republic and China, to compare functioning of foreign trade policies in both countries, to underline meaning of foreign trade for both states, to display structure of traded goods and to depict trading in frame of their foreign trade and also to outline possible development of trading between these economics.

In the first part there is an analysis of the theoretical basis of the foreign trade and foreign trade policy. There is outlined the meaning of the foreign trade for national economies and also there are defined basic schools and tools of the trade policy. In the next part of this thesis there is the progressively pointed out meaning of the foreign trade for the Czech republic and China, there is explained functioning of the chinese and the czech foreign trade policy and there is also defined the position of both countries in the World Trade Organization. The final part is focused on analysis of the trade between the Czech republic and China in the 2005–2012 period. In this chapter there is also indication of the future economic development and the foreign trade between these economics.
