Abstract

The subject of the bachelor´s work is the project documents processing ranging implementation of the project concerning a detached house with a swimming pool. The hot water preparation is carried out by using a solar device. This project consists of two basic parts: the building part and the interior water piping design – the sanitary. 131 pages The building part includes the design of a detached house without a cellar with two residential above-ground storeys and a saddle-shaped roof. The interior water piping and the hot water preparation by using a solar device are designed in the part of the sanitary. Water heating by using the solar system with collectors brings its user reduction of running costs. Using renewable resources of energy is environmentally friendly. The interior water piping is designed for 6 constantly living people. For implementation of the basic economical comparison between using only drinkable water and an option with using rainwater, there is also designed a rainwater sewage system and a suitable accumulation reservoir. The rainwater will be used for the flushing in the toilets, washing clothes and watering the garden.
