Abstract
Today, in an era of global economic crisis is playing the evaluation process and controls pivotal role in society. Vacant post is the multitude of candidates and the release of a number of people is not uncommon in companies. So that managers were confident as possible that transmits the weakest elements must have an objective process of evolution and control, with clearly defined factors that are crucial for the company an where, will control focus. Output evaluation must be rewarding for both the rating and evaluated for side. The evaluation team shall receive information on how his employees are working where you need improvement, which will provide remuneration to tell individuals what is expected of them, whether they fulfill the demand and the need to dismiss someone The employee thus receives feedback on the performance of his work, in which areas are its weaknesses or strengths. The essence of my work was to determine how ongoing assessment and review of Tesco Stores, Inc. Opava and how subordinates perceive this process. The company is in control of these workers primarily focuses on the correctness of each item and charged to the employee access to customer. These fundamental factors also appear in the object of their checks, which for this purpose seems adequate. Finally I just suggested some recommendations that the current process of review could still be improved.
