Koordinace složek integrovaného záchranného systému při nálezu munice nebo nástražného výbušného systému

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku koordinace činností zasahujících složek integrovaného záchranného systému při nálezu munice nebo nástražného výbušného systému. Úvodní část vysvětluje specifické pojmy související s touto problematikou, uvádí strukturu a úkoly Pyrotechnické služby Policie České republiky a dalších složek integrovaného záchranného systému, které se podílejí na realizaci opatření. Analytická část se zabývá samotnou realizací opatření se zaměřením na koordinaci nasazených sil a prostředků na taktické, operační a strategické úrovni. V návrhové části jsou uvedená možná opatření, která by na základě předchozí analýzy, mohla celý systém zefektivnit tak, aby odezva na ohlášení nálezu munice či nástražného výbušného systému byla co nejkratší.

The work is focused on the field regarding the problems of coordination activities of the units participating in the integrated rescue system at finding ammunition or improvised explosive device. In the theoretical part there are explained theoretical specific terms, as well as, structure and tasks of the Pyrotechnic Service of the Police of Czech Republic and other sections of integrated rescue system, participating in the measures. The analytical part deals with realisation of the measures themselves, focuses on coordination of the applied forces and means on the tactical, operational and strategic levels. In the proposing part are mentioned possible measures, which based on the previous analysis, could make the whole system more effective in makings the response by report of finding ammunition or improvised explosive device as short as possible.
