Abstract
In this bachleor thesis I analyzed preferences of potential clinets of Institute for women to find out, why the visit rate of this no-profit making organization is lower than expected and also to create courses acording to actual women needs. This thesis is divided into seven chapters and severel sub-chapters.
Exordium refers to the main aim of this thesis. The second chapter is focused on services for women offere by Institut, including subjects of market. In the third chapter I gained theoretical base of knowledge, which helped me to evolve the sixth chapter called Concepts and references. The fourth chapter’s name is Methodics of data collecting and in this chapter I dealed with preparation phase of data collecting, where I defined problems and goals and also a plan of exploratory project. In the fifth chapter I started the realization. I processed questionnaires and then I analysed this data in MS Excel, and I created well aranged graphs. In the sixth chapter, there are my suggestions and recommendations for Institute for women. The last chapter is the summary of this thesis.
