Abstract

The master thesis deals with the proposal the system of warning and informing the population in the event of an emergency in Třinec. In the theoretical part, tools for warning and informing the population are presented. Several extraordinary events have occurred in Třinec in recent years, for example leaks of metallurgical gases. Following the extraordinary events that occurred, a regular tactical exercise of the crisis management authorities took place in the fall of 2022. The exercise was also intended to test the functionality of tools for communication with the schema_dspacedb. In the practical part, analyzes of tools for warning and informing the population, evaluation of the exercise and, finally, a proposal for optimization of communication are processed.
