Význam společnosti Czech Coal, a.s. pro region

Abstract

V bakalářské práci je zhodnocení významu společnosti Czech Coal a.s. V první části je charakterizována společnost, její hlavní obory podnikání – prodej hnědého uhlí ze sesterských společností a nákup a prodej elektrické energie. Je zde také charakterizována Skupina Czech Coal Group, kterou je akciová společnost Czech Coal součástí. Historická část popisuje vývoj jednotlivých firem, které předcházely dnešní Skupině, vývoj společnosti i Skupiny od počátku až po současnost. V části, která se věnuje současné době, je vliv a význam společnosti i celé Skupiny na region Mostecka – zabývá se zaměstnaností, rekultivací, regionální spoluprácí, ochranou životního prostředí a aktuálním stavem ve Skupině.

The thesis is about the evaluation of the Czech Coal company’s importance. The company and its main business branches, such as selling the brown coal by sister companies and purchase and sell of the electric energy, are defined in the first thesis part. The Czech Coal Group, which the Czech Coal a.s. is a part of, is also introduced there. The historical part describes the development of individual companies which were the predecessors of the Group, the development of the company and the Group from the beginning to the present. The thesis part, which describes the present, includes the influence and importance of the company and the whole Group for the Most region, it deals with the employment rate, recultivation, regional cooperation, antipollution measures and actual status in the Group.
