Abstract
Renewable resources of energy shelter a huge potential (wind, water, sun, biomass and earth’s heat). The Czech Republic commitments to reduction of greenhouse effect lead into support of renewable resources of energy. It is important to see the renewable resources not only from power aspect but also from economy propriety of these resources.
Wind power is one of the fast expanding power systems which are coming to the market. Production of wind power plants has been growing up very fast. The biggest share in production has Nederland, Germany and the Great Britain. The biggest share should be focused on the lands with costal places. Wind power could deliver up to 50 % of electricity to several countries, which are situated in the location with favorable wind conditions. About a half of installed wind power plants on the world are located in the North Sea coast of Germany and Denmark. The offshore wind farms in the North Sea have a big potential for the entire Europe.
High expanding of wind powers in the Czech Republic leads to question: what with stochastic supplies of energy from these powers. Electric output of wind power is dependent on mat cube of wind speed which has transformative character. These stochastic supplies cause problems with control of electricity supply system and have to hold cutoff by the help of reserves (secondary, tertiary and control reserve). It presents costs that develop in the price of electrical energy for end-consumer. One of way of solution of this problem is accumulation of electrical energy or exact prediction of power of wind powers.
This thesis deals with problems of data interpretation of wind power, determination of type diagrams of power and variance of these diagrams. With the view of this interpretation are created two applications “reserves” and “evaluation” by the help of MS Excel.
