Kinobar v proluce - Moravská Ostrava

Abstract

Obsahem mé diplomové práce je vyhotovení dokumentace pro provádění stavby „Kinobar v proluce – Moravská Ostrava“ podle vyhlášky 499/2006 Sb. o dokumentaci staveb. Návrh Kinobaru zaplňuje mezeru v proluce na Nádražní ulici v Ostravě a svým charakterem obohatí veřejný prostor a kulturní život v této části města. Výsledkem práce je návrh nepodsklepené budovy, která má dvě nadzemní podlaží a plochou vegetační střechou. V návrhu jsou zpracovány tepelně technické posudky, energetický štítek obálky budovy a energetický průkaz budovy.

The subject of my diploma thesis is producing of the project documentation “Cinemabar in the Gap – Moravská Ostrava” with emphasis on by Decree 499/2006 Coll. on the documentation of buildings. The design of the Cinemabar fills a gap in the vacant space on the street Nádražní in Ostrava. The character will enrich public space and cultural life in this part of town. The result of my diploma thesis is suggestion no cellar building with two over ground floors and flat vegetation roof. In my work are include thermal technical assessments of proposed structures and their design, envelope energy label of building and envelope energy card of building.
