Proces získávání a výběru zaměstnanců v organizaci Technické služby města Příbora

Abstract

This Bachelor work deals with analysis of recruitment and selection employees in Technical Services of Příbor Organization. The aim of this work is to evaluate the process of hiring and selection employees on a basis of theory and suggest ways to improve these existing processes in organization. The theoretical part of my work was processing by the use of available technical literature and describes the various steps and methods for selecting employees. In the practical part of my work I describe the company Technical Services of Příbor Organization – Allowance Organization, I analyze the existing system of hiring employees and making a SWOT analysis. In the end I evaluate these processes and suggest solutions for improvement.
