Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to make a survey sketch for division of a land, in the cadastral area in Šenov u Ostravy. The survey sketch marks a building and exact boundary of the land specified by the owners. The theoretical part includes all necessary legal documents for a proper procedure in terms of a preparation of a land survey, surveying itself and data processing. In the practical part, there is a detailed description of a land survey and all related geodetic works. All steps that were made during the survey are completed with a methodology description and also with information about used geodetic instruments and computer programs. The result of this thesis is to prepare all documents for the client.
