Hospodaření města Uničov ve vybraných oblastech technické infrastruktury

Abstract

Cílem práce je zhodnotit hospodaření města Uničov ve vybraných oblastech technické infrastruktury. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část práce popisuje obec, její orgány a působnost, dále technickou infrastrukturu a její financování. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou výdajů města Uničov ve vybraných oblastech (veřejné osvětlení, dopravní obslužnost, místní komunikace) ve sledovaném období 2010 až 2014. V závěru praktické části jsou výdaje města Uničov srovnány s výdaji města Mohelnice a na základě srovnání jsou navržena doporučení.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the management of the city Uničov in selected areas of its technical infrastructure. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part outlines municipality, characterizes their authorities and powers, as well as the technical infrastructure and its financing. The practical part deals with an analysis of expenses of the city Uničov in selected areas (public lighting, transport service, local roads) in the period 2010 to 2014. At the end of the practical part are compared expenses of the city Uničov with expenses of the city Mohelnice and on the basis of comparison of the proposed recommendations.
