Abstract

The aim of my work was to determine the competitive advantage of MMOboost s.r.o. When analyzing the company I used internal materials company, where I got all the necessary data. All analyzes used in this work, such as PEST analysis, Porter analysis, SWOT analysis, GM-Trend INDIMOSU and model are described in the theoretical part. The analytical part I first conducted PEST analysis is an analysis of the external environment. Porter's analysis followed by a 5-competitive forces, which deals with external influences on society. The results of each analysis are summarized in the matrix and SWOT analysis of the detailed model INDIMOSU. The results, which are summarized in the following chapter and in chapter proposals and recommendations will also find the recommended changes that the company would lead to better results.
