Společenská odpovědnost firmy ČSAD Logistik Ostrava a.s.

Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce je společenská odpovědnost firmy ČSAD Logistik Ostrava a.s. Cílem práce je analýza společensky odpovědných aktivit ve zmíněné organizaci za účelem posouzení, zda je tuto možné objektivně prohlásit za skutečně společensky zodpovědnou organizaci. Tato práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí, a to jmenovitě na část teoretickou a část praktickou. První část zahrnuje teoretickou základnu společenské odpovědnosti, která jsou zároveň východiskem pro další část této práce. Druhá, tzv. praktická část této práce je věnována charakteristice vybrané organizace a také popisu a analýze společenské odpovědnosti firmy ČSAD Logistik Ostrava a.s. Analýza CSR aktivit byla provedena pomocí obsahové analýzy interních dokumentů a výročních zpráv zvolené organizace. Na základě zjištěných informací byly předloženy návrhy a doporučení, které by mohly vést k prohloubení a rozšíření již existujících CSR aktivit firmy.

The topic of this thesis is Corporate Social Responsibility of the ČSAD Logistik Ostrava a.s. Firm. The aim of this thesis is to analyze CSR activities of the above-mentioned organisation to assess if this firm could be objectively declared as a really responsible organisation. This thesis is divided into two main parts, namely theoretical part and practical part. The first part contains theoretical base of the corporate social responsibility that is also the background for the next part of this thesis. The second, so called pratical, part of this thesis is dedicated to the characterisation of the chosen organisation and to the description and analysis of the corporate social responsibility of the ČSAD Logistik Ostrava a.s. firm. Analysis of the CSR activities was performed by means of the analysis of the internal documents and annual reports of the chosen organisation. Suggestions and recommendations that could lead to wider and deeper CSR activities o f the firm were submitted on the basis of the information gathered.
