Abstract

The bachelor degree thesis deals with simulation and subsequent realization DC/DC converter with utilization of SiC components for photovoltaics. The realized product will be measured by the analyzer of electromagnetic disturbance. The theoretic part of bachelor degree thesis classifies basics of SiC components and basic qualities of SiC diodes and transistors. Further in the thesis are described the functions of one-quadrant, two-quadrant and four-quadrant direct pulse converter. The simulation part is mainly focused on increasing DC/DC converter. For this converter is assembled model in the simulation environment of LTspice. In the last part is performed summary and are compared simulated and measured values together with the comparison of the measurement of electromagnetic induction with utilization of different elements radiating electromagnetic field in the realized product.
