Využití Operačního programu Lidské zdroje a zaměstnanost v Olomouckém kraji

Abstract

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to focus on the specific selected project in areas of human resources, to summarize individual activities of the Operational Programme Human Resources and Employment, which falls under this project and also to analyze the socio – economic situation indicators of human resources in the Olomouc Region. This work is divided into three parts. The first part is devoted to the classification of OP HRE into the EU Structural Funds in the Czech Republic. The next part deals with the socio – economic analysis of the Olomouc region. The Analysis focuses on selected characteristics of the Olomouc Region in the field of human resources. This area affects the last part, therefore implemented a specific project. The project in Precheza a. s. relates to staff training and tries to contribute to a greater competitiveness of the company.
