Měřící obvod pro kapacitní snímače

Abstract

In the water is made cavitations because of local lowering of pressure. In the liquid are made blows of air. Liquid with blows of air is beginning to be unpressured. Which makes problems, eg. using in hydraulics. To measuring permittivity of dielectric is used countable condenser proposed according to Lampard’s theorem, when capacity of condenser is depend only on geometrical proportion of condenser. Condensers proposed according to Lampard’s theorem have countable capacity exactly to e-6. In this work is proposed and experimental verified measuring chain for measuring capacity of capacitor with analog and digital output.
