Abstract

Opportunities for improving efficiency of inter-operational kontrol of automotive disc Bachelor thesis is focused on describing and analyzing the checks are taking place across the processes that are used in the company which manufactures aluminium wheels for passenger cars. The aim of thesis was to analyze the current state of controls, identify weaknesses in control processes, to describe these weaknesses and try to establish corrective measures to streamline the inter-operational checks. The work is to be considered during the scrutiny of compliance with documented procedures. This work deals with transmission of defects or defective products to other processes, despite the fact that these defects or products should be recognized already in the previous step. Analysis confirmed the importance of proper planning of the number of checkpoints, compliance checks and the correct interpretation of customer requirements. Either at the end of bachelor thesis was described recommendations to eliminate bottlenecks, change, modify, or strengthening the inspection and study was carried out using appropriate methods to streamline the kappa inter-operational control dependent on a subjective classification.
