Vyhodnocení rizik projektu zaměřeného na úsporu energie

Abstract

The thesis is focused on a risk management process and assessment of the risks of a project aimed at energy savings that are solved by repairing and thermal insulation of the building. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the description of general principles of risk analysis, on the basis of the requirements of standards ČSN 31000 Risk Management - Principles and Guidelines, and ČSN 31010 Risk Management - Risk Assessment Techniques. The practical part deals with the analysis of project risks identified by the method of brainstorming. These risks are shown in the Ishikawa diagram. To evaluate the risks the methods of sensitivity analysis and risk assessment matrix were used. The final section of the thesis evaluates the results of the analyses and pursuant to them proposes the measures to reduce the risks of the project.
