Abstract

The thesis deals with occurrence of nonconformities in the process of die forging in the given company. The theoretical part addresses the issues of nonconforming products and the tools related to the same, which help to prevent emergence of nonconforming products. The practical part focuses on analysis of emergence of nonconforming products in the given engineering company in the year 2015. The most common types of production nonconformities were determined in the beginning. Causes of these conformities were determined afterwards, and analysis of products, on which nonconformities emerged the most frequently, followed. In the last part, corrective measures suggestions for removal of nonconformities emergence were defined.
