Abstract

In bachelor thesis is theoretically summarized the significance and importance of internal guidelines for each company. The work also describes the selected joint-stock company MND Drilling & Services a.s., which provides a complete spectrum of services ranging from oil, gas and geothermal exploration/production drilling and well workovers to the drilling and completion of underground gas storage wells. The practical part deals with the complete analysis of existing internal guidelines in the company, then are made updates of existing guidelines and appropriate adjustments that lead to the improvement of clarity.
