Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on determination of moisture plastics limit according to the standard method thread rolling and the alternative approach determining using fall-cone test (Vasiljev cone). The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, they generally focus on the consistency characteristics between cohesive soils. Determination of moisture according to standard and alternative according to foreign studies using Vasiliev cone. In the practical part there is an evaluation of own laboratory tests and a comparative analysis of plasticity results according to the alternative and standard approach.
