Abstract

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is elaboration of project documentation for the announcement of the construction or for the issuance of building permition according to Annex No. 12 to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. and for construction according to Annex No. 13 to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. The basis for this bachelor's thesis was an architectural study, which was designed in the course Architectue Design Studio 1 in the academic year 2020/2021 and subsequently was developed with further drawing documentation in the course Architecture Design Studio 5 in the academic year 2022/2023.

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the design of a family house in Muglinov, which is part of city of Ostrava. The building is designed as a detached house for a family of four. It is two-storey building, where the first storey is in the shape of L, the second storey is overhanged over first and it has flat roof, while there is a vegetated roof above the garage area.

This bachelor's thesis is divided into the text part which contains the project documentation with an accompanying report and a technical report. Another part of the thesis are annexes which contain the drawing documentation of the building and the specialization in architecture, which is focused on the facade detail of the object in the second storey.
