Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on securing access to cloud storage from the user's perspective. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with cloud storage, threats, legal framework and providers. Much emphasis is placed on access and data security, focusing on specific protection features. The practical part of the thesis is divided into two main parts, the first part consists of a comparison of providers with a focus on access security. The comparison was performed using a modified comparative method. The second part is a sociological research for which hypotheses and research question were set. The sociological research was conducted using an electronic questionnaire survey.
